[edit] I've been thinking about getting back into graphic design and such again, I miss it and I have learned quite a bit in the last few months about it. Which means I will be moving my photography onto another account and using this one for all lineart/website designs/photomanips that I will be posting in the next few weeks before I go away to Europe. The festival was this weekend past. Talk about hell. 50,000 people in a town that is only supposed to hold 2,000 is a disaster waiting to happen. Traffic was insane from Thursday till yesterday. Usually it only takes 5 minutes to drive to the festival grounds but this weekend it took almost two hours. Like fuckk, it was hell just biking to the barn and back. On the plus side, I saw lots of bands I liked . My favs were the Airborn Toxic Event and Vampire Weekend although Coldplay, Inward Eye and Jay-Z (Jay-zed here haha) were also really good. I can't wait to see what the lineup for next year will be.

Barn life has been crap. There has been a few things going on that are less then satisfactory and have caused us to rethink our umm... place of board. In other words, we might be moving our horses somewhere else. I could go on and on about this subject, there are so many things that piss me off about the place I'm at. Yah I could ramble to my hearts content about this one. Ramble, ramble, rambley-ramble.

Anyways, I should really go to the barn *shoots self*. The horse pulled a shoe (again, that the 3rd time this month) so I can't ride, but I still have a commitment for cleaning paddocks.

Ho hum, pig's bum. Life is very... interesting right now. Lots of things have happened that I don't want to go into detail with.

Went to Southlands show last weekend. Yodi was so good, no refusals, or anything all show. We actually won one of our classes and placed well in all the others and so we moved up to 2'9" which I was so excited about. I'm so proud That was our last show until we get back from traveling, then we are going to the BCHJA finals at Milner.

I didn't take lots of photos at this show, didn't have much time as I had to school one the the ponies everyday before they went in the ring. But I got some reasonable ones that I will be putting up eventually.

Theres my little life update, there was something else I wanted to say but can't remember it right now. I'm going to bounce off to the barn now.

so I had my whole last week and a half written out but then my computer crapped out and ended up erasing it all. So here is my life in short:

- finished school, exams went well, but not great. Cross your fingers I passed.

- horse show was awesome, horse kept getting better and better and we did really well

- got lots of photos from said horse show, only a handful of them turned out great though

- first week summer vacation, been kinda lazy, I'm going away for the whole month of August so I have to pick up a few extra shifts at work to cover for it

- next horse show in 2 weeks, last one before I leave, will take lots of photos there too.


There it is, I'm too lazy to go into detail.
